The following are Core Components of the My IT Manager
Program. Any of the listed components, however, are available as individual
offerings according to your business needs. Initial
Technology Review (ITR):
The discovery assessment documents your IT environment
and includes a complete security, infrastructure, and disaster recovery
analysis. Scheduled
Proactive Support:
TIG offers routine, scheduled onsite support visits
for server maintenance. A certified Engineer provides a review of server
event logs, backup testing, analysis of performance areas, network issues,
adding new hardware and software, and general IT system review.
Network Monitoring:
An important component of My IT Manager is the monitoring
of servers and critical devices showing the status of hardware and processes,
network service availability, and providing automatic notification on
performance thresholds. Our Service Desk monitors a dashboard that provides
a central view of your system and network availability, and provides trending
reports, analysis of CPU and memory utilization, and overall network load.
Rapid Resolution
Contract:
Physical and logical problems requiring immediate attention
inevitably happen. When waiting for a scheduled visit is not an option,
TIG offers emergency dispatch of engineers to resolve these issues.
Quarterly Business
Review:
Once a quarter, TIG will schedule a detailed audit of
your network and have a review meeting. This audit includes an overall
environment evaluation, inspection of all network equipment and preventative
maintenance on the server and network devices. The result is an optimized
IT environment. In addition, the TIG team will schedule a meeting to review
your situation, review our services to date, discuss your business goals,
and advise on how best to align your infrastructure and our knowledge
of technology trends with your business goals.
